A high-volume paid media advertising campaign required a lightweight, framework-free lead intake engine capable of processing 1,000+ form submissions per minute without database locks, framework overhead, or CMS performance bottlenecks.

Strict execution requirements: No commercial page builders, adherence to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, zero third-party font request overhead, and optimal mobile Core Web Vitals targets.
